On Snowpiercer, I worked as a Lighting Artist and Unreal Engine Artist, contributing across both real-time and traditional rendering workflows. My role included re-engineering and updating existing projects for newer versions of Unreal Engine, rebuilding shaders, and refining lighting setups to match the show’s established artistic direction.
Alongside the Unreal work, I also lit and rendered additional shots using Image Engine’s proprietary lighting software, Gaffer. This involved a range of environment and landscape shots, integrating effects elements and delivering rendered passes to compositing, while ensuring visual continuity and technical consistency across sequences.
