As a lighting artist for this film, I had the opportunity to work on a fun and exciting project with some technical challenges along the way.

One of the main technical aspects of the movie was achieving the desired volumetric effect, which involved creating the illusion of light and shadow in a 3D space. This was particularly challenging when it came to the Ostrich characters, as their large amount of feathers required us to find a balance between realism and graphic representation.

Despite the challenges, I found working on Jumanji: The next level to be a fulfilling experience. I enjoyed collaborating with the director and other members of the team to bring their vision to life, and seeing the final product on the big screen was a thrilling moment.
